Efficiency

In the old days, lawyers scribbled in red pen or dictated and typists typed.
A lot of law firms still work that way.

We think that wastes time, so we cut out a link in the chain and work on the document ourselves. Typing may be slower than dictating, but it allows more time to think carefully about what the document should say. It also allows the document to be right first time so it can be emailed or printed there and then.

Lawyers tend to love to hide behind emails but we’re great advocates of the old-fashioned phone call. We think it’s quicker, more accurate and friendlier than playing ‘email tennis’.
