Fay was Practice Manager at Hilmi + Partners from 2007 and now manages the administration of Freedman + Hilmi. She also acts as personal assistant to Merter Hilmi. She is an Associate Member of CILEX (the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) and is working towards becoming a Fellow of CILEX.
