Robert qualified to practise in England & Wales in 2004. He specialises in conventional and Shari’ah-compliant banking, debt capital markets, real estate finance, commodity finance and asset-backed finance across Europe, the Gulf and Africa. He previously worked at Clyde & Co, Herbert Smith Freehills, Shearman & Sterling and Clifford Chance, and has also held in-house roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Lloyds Bank and Bank of London and The Middle East.
